We currently ship within Canada. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Once an order has shipped, Jean-Marie Candle Co. is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

 

 

Local Pickup

 

Local pickup is available by arrangement. After placing your order, please contact Shanessi at 647-809-3214 to schedule pickup. Kindly allow 24–48 hours for a response.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

 

 

Candle Safety

 

Always burn candles responsibly. Never leave a lit candle unattended, keep away from children and pets, and place on a heat-safe surface. Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.

 

 

Allergies & Sensitivities

 

Our candles are made with 100% soy wax and non-toxic fragrance oils. Scent sensitivities vary by individual. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

 

 

Privacy

 

Your privacy matters to us. Personal information collected is used only to process orders and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your information and comply with Canadian privacy regulations.
